Alcohol and Work out
Never drink alcohol before you work out, even if you´re not going to exercise for several hours.
Avoid Junk Food and Eat Healthy
Avoid the obvious such as fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats (i.e. pork, bacon, ham, salami, ribs and sausage). Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream should be eaten in low fat versions.
Make Exercising a Fun
You will continue exercising if you will enjoy it. Make it fun by including a range of activities or music while doing fitness exercises.
Make it a daily habit to walk more and move you body. You can find many ways to do that like choose climbing the stairs and not using escalators, take your dog away for a walk, play some outdoor games, go for a morning or an evening walk, dance, mow the lawn or do anything else that moves your limbs more in small periods of time.
Keeps your mind Fresh
Regular exercise keeps your body as well as mind fresh and young. It enhances the overall strength, growth and sharpness. After work out you will feel fresh and energetic from inside which is most important to work all over the day without getting physically and mentally tired.
Always be sure to drink plenty of fluids before, during and after your workout. You should drink a cup of water every 15 minutes of exercise.
Get a minimum of 7-8 hours of sleep each night when you’re working out. This will help you recover from the previous days activities and help you get a good start the next day. Don’t Stress
Do not take constant pressure. If you are one of them who are constantly too stressed-out to think straight, take a break and appraise the kind of life that you have. Quit Smoking
Cigarette smoking is harmful for health and strongly linked with lung cancer. Smoking also puts you at an increased risk of many other none lung cancers too.
An Apple a Day, Keeps the Doctor Away
Have an apple before dinner, it fills you up and provides lots of fiber.
Find Company for Exercising
Accompany your friends, family member of neighbours to join you for exercising. This helps in motivating as well as exercise becomes fun.
